Hello, my name is Cesar Bernal, Jr. I graduated from STCC in 1999 as an Air Conditioning Technician. In 2003 I received my State Contractors HVAC license which led me into starting my journey in 2004 as a business operator for Valley Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. Since the age of 26 years old we have been providing our services to the Rio Grande Valley as Valley Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. Bringing satisfaction and comfort to our customers along the Rio Grande Valley. It has been a pleasure and honor to serve our community for two decades.
